We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience working with enterprise accounting systems.

What You'll Do

• Process and review high-volume accounts payable transactions
• Verify invoice accuracy, coding, and supporting documentation
• Generate customer invoices and assist with collections activities
• Monitor outstanding balances and maintain accurate records
• Enter and maintain financial data within the company's accounting system
• Support account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting
• Maintain compliance-related documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processes
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience with Sage 300 / Timberline
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience supporting month-end processes and account reconciliations preferred
• Practical, hands-on accounting experience valued
